This week the St. Marys Rotary Club welcomed Tonya Wolfe and Ronna Rebo from the Elk County Intensive Outpatient Program of the Dickinson Center. This program partners with the Seneca Highlands Intermediate Unit 9 to meet individuals mental health and educational needs. Students from 6th through 12th grade can receive IOP services from Elk, Cameron, and McKean public school systems.
