This week the St. Marys Rotary Club welcomed Matt Quesenberry from the Elk County Planning Commission. Matt updated the club on the operations of the planning commission and fielded questions from the members. He was the guest of Rotarian Bob Roberts, and is pictured here with Bob and Club President Sue Lepovetsky.
