This week the St. Marys Rotary Club welcomed St. Marys City Police Chief Tom Nicklas. Chief Nicklas talked about the department, and his position as chief. He was the guest of Rotarian Dave Herzing, and is pictured here with Dave and Club President Greg Snelick.
